I kindly ask that before purchasing ANYTHING from me that you read this. My terms are what I deem fair, they may be edited overtime. In the event I add a rule that impacts your purchase, or you have general questions about anything here, please do not hesitate to reach out!

» Prices may fluctuate over time, I may quote you more/less than what is listed. My quote is final
» I am a busy person, please do not rush me to complete a commission.
» By commissioning me you are agreeing to letting me use your art in any way. (Most of the time it might just appear in my post(s) or as examples for future commissions)

PAYMENT POLICY
» 50% of payment must be sent up front
» When I am completely done the other 50% must be sent to receive the unwatermarked version of the artworkThis is for my safety and your safety! This way of paying may be different based on a specific commission, but this is the general rule.

REFUND POLICY*
Notify me as soon as possible if you decide you want to cancel and refund a commission» Money you receive will be based on the amount of time I have already spent on the artwork
» The only time you will get a full refund is if I have not started working or if the amount of work is very minimal*No refunds will be given if I have put in a lot of my time already. Art is a luxury!*I have the right to cancel a commission at any time
REASONS I MAY CANCEL:
» Rude or inappropriate behavior
» Requests violate my TOS
» Request changes significantly from original agreement
» Client unresponsive after a long period (>48 hours)
» I am unable to complete a commission due to personal circumstances (full refund will be issued)
